In order to stimulate work enthusiasm, promote active communication and mutual trust among employees, cultivate team awareness, and enhance everyone's sense of responsibility and belonging, a two-day extension training program was organized by the company, starting on April 14th.

The extension training program consisted of 2 parts: the indoor lecture on THE TAO TEH KING (The Way and Its Power), and the outdoor sports training.

 In the morning of April 14th, we were honored to have Mr. Xue Qinglin, Doctor of Philosophy to come to our facility to give a lecture on the Workplace Wisdom Inspired from The TAO TEH KING (The Way and Its Power). Dr. Xue took a unique and humorous perfective when briefing us on the legendary experience of Lao Tzu, and then he analyzed the inner truth of this book from the philosophical angle, interpreting its significance in today’s world and leading everyone to draw wisdom from the book and applying it to the self-cultivation, leadership, cooperation, interaction with others and development of one’s career. Dr. Xue unreservedly shared his thoughts on The TAO TEH KING (The Way and Its Power) with us, inviting us into a spiritual dialogue with sage Lao Tzu. This lecture gave us an opportunity to incorporate new ideas, broaden our views and enlighten our wisdom.

After lunch, all the staff went to the Tianmiao Mountain Villa located in the Tianmu Lake -Daxi Reservoir Natural Ecological Reserve. Facing the lake on one side, the Villa was surrounded by mountains on other sides. Upon arrival, staff was grouped and began to prepare the ingredients for dinner while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery. Having a clear division of labor, we all worked together to cook the delicious foods with rich flavors before setting the table and enjoying them. The pleasant cooking cooperation, the delicious food, coupled by the bonfire party, ignited everyone's enthusiasm.

In the morning of April 15th, the sun brightly shone. Despite the slightly hot weather, everyone was at high morale and enthusiastic about the archery and live-action CS training conducted under the guidance of the instructors.

No one showed a trace of fear to the archery although we were all new to it. Instead of giving up, everyone practiced hard and encouraged teammates to perform better, demonstrating the spirit of unity, hard work, and aggressiveness.  

In the following live-action CS gunfights, everyone brought teamwork to the extreme. In the “men VS women fight” and “allied battles”, the cohesion and understanding among teammates were cultivated, and the friendship was deepened. The sweat, excited expression and intimate talks all showed the upward and thriving character characteristic of the Microtek staff.

Through this Extension Training Program, we deeply felt the importance of cooperation and communication, which laid a good foundation for future work. Learning in practice and changing in learning benefited us a lot and taught us many lessons. After experiencing the joy of dedication, collaboration, and courage, everyone gets the essence of "responsibility, collaboration, and self-confidence," and the responsibilities of being part of the team. At this time, shaking off the intense work pressure and getting closer to nature, especially the mountains and rivers, can inspire wisdom, increase work efficiency, mobilize work enthusiasm, and provide a solid foundation for the company's humanistic construction and sustainable development.
